I've had a Powerlite for 8 years now. Just took it in for it's first service to have the fuel system cleaned and new paddles put on. I have done nothing to maintain it prior. I left gas in it over the summer. I mixed the oil by eye, sometimes a bit much, sometimes too little. I regularly abused it on end of driveway crud and stalled it many times running into rocks and steps. It has never failed to start, although it takes a lot of priming on the first use of the winter. Very light and easy to lift for walks, steps and landings. It's a great little snowblower!
