You must send the following items to receive your $30.00 rebate check:

• The original dated sales receipt from an independent Toro Dealer for the purchase of a qualifying Toro
  Recycler mower. (Make a photocopy of the receipt for your records.)
  Valid Models: 20017, 20041, 20070.
• This offi cial mail-in rebate certificate filled out on the reverse side with the information as indicated. Please
  print or type. The model and serial number of the Toro mower must be included to receive your free $30.00
  rebate check.

Place both items in one envelope and mail to the address listed below. Submission must be received no later than May 31, 2006 or rebate will not be honored.

Offer valid only on new Toro Recycler Mower model 20017, 20041 or 20070 purchased at an independent Toro Dealer
between April 1, 2006 and April 30, 2006. Only one $30.00 rebate per household, group, organization or address. Resellers
not eligible for rebate. Rebate must be submitted on an offi cial rebate form. Reproductions of the sales receipt will
not be accepted. All submitted proof of purchase become the property of The Toro Company and cannot be returned.
