You must send the following items to receive your $75.00 rebate check:

• The original dated sales receipt from an independent Toro Dealer for the purchase of a qualifying Toro Super Recycler mower. (Make a photocopy of the receipt for your records.) Valid Models: 20056, 20057 and 20058.
  
• This official mail-in rebate certificate filled out on the reverse side with the information as indicated. Please print or type. The model and serial number of the Toro mower must be included to receive your free $75.00 rebate check.

Place both items in one envelope and mail to the address listed below. Submission must be received no later than July 31, 2006 or rebate will not be honored.

Only one $75.00 rebate per household, group, organization or address. Resellers not eligible for rebate. Rebate must be submitted on an official rebate form.
