Residential Delivery Charge :
Any item which weighs more than 150 lbs must be shipped via a Trucking company. The trucking company charges $50 residential fee to cover the cost of delivering into a residential neighborhood, ie smaller trucks, call to setup appointment etc. There is no additional charge for commercial delivery.
