Update to prior e-mail. It finally started. After quite a few pulls.(about 100) It turns out in warm weather above 30 degrees it needs little to no priming. This is not shown in instruction manual. So it appears I was inadvertently flooding it by following the directions. If you flood it, take choke all the way off, and pull several times.

Once it is running it ran well, and throws snow very far if you want it to.

So ignore my prior e-mail.
