In addition to our automatic shipment notification emails customers who have created an account on our website can check the status of their order, and any related tracking number information.
First, make sure you are signed into our site with your account. Then select My Account from the top navigation bar. You should now see information regarding your account, including all active and past orders. Simply select the order you wish to check status on for more detailed information.
